As of September 23, 2022. Only one bid received and possible rebid in the near future but no specific time frame has been determined at this time. The Project consists of repaving the 300 x 12 wide entrance to the Rose Hill Cemetery. Existing pavement is to be removed and the existing base reworked and supplemented with Graded Aggregate Base (GAB) ahead of priming and paving with 165 lb./s.y. Bituminous Plant Mix. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No Bidding Documents will be issued within 72 hours of the scheduled date and time of the Bid Opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
