Reference number : 1642098 Review Title : Collection and transport of residual materials (garbage) Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (An additional year) COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF RESIDUAL MATERIALS (GARBAGE) The Municipality of Saint-Léon-le-Grand (hereinafter: the responsible Municipality), is calling for public tenders for the collection and transport of residual materials (garbage) on the territory of the municipalities of Sainte-Angèle -de-Prémont, Saint-Édouard-de-Maskinongé, Saint-Justin, Saint-Léon-le-Grand and Sainte-Ursule (hereinafter: the Participating Municipalities). Object of the contract : The successful bidder must collect all residual materials (garbage) as described in the tender documents, for all occupation units within the territory of the participating municipalities. He must also transport these residual materials to the Énercycle landfill site, on boulevard La Gabelle in Saint-Étienne-des-Grès. The responsible Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract will be awarded by decision of the council of the Responsible Municipality, in its sole discretion, and the Responsible Municipality shall not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
