The Springfield Hospital Center is seeking the services of a vendor to clean the range hood, exhaust vents, exhaust fans, and all the filters, as well as the ceiling tiles around the perimeter of the Hood System to the Ceiling Vents in the Food Services Building three (3) times per year and in the Spring Rock Café one to two (1-2) times per year. The Springfield Hospital Center is seeking the services of a vendor to provide exhaust hood cleaning services at our Food Service building and the Spring Rock Café for a three-year period. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be a fixed price contract for a three-year period beginning on/around September 1, 2022. The Department reserves the right to reduce or withhold contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide the Department with all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the contract or in the event that the Contractor otherwise materially breaches the terms and conditions of the contract. The vendor MUST list three references in the transmittal letter. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements noted in this solicitation document, and is the most favorable bid price (lowest cost).
