**As of August 19, 2022, project was awarded to McLean County Asphalt Co. Inc. awarded amount is $560,788.27 ** Normal Parks & Recreation Tennis and Pickleball Courts Project Sealed BIDS for the following project are sought: This BID invites responses from a certified, qualified, experienced design-build professional site-work contractors to assist the Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Department with the reconstruction of tennis courts at Anderson Park and reconstruction of tennis courts and conversion to pickleball courts at Underwood Park and crack repair and resurfacing of tennis and pickleball courts at Ironwood Park. The Town requires that all related work, be completed by May 31, 2023. The Town anticipates that the selected Contractor will be awarded the project in August of 2022. The Town reserves the right to amend all dates.
