This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective May 1, 2022. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry and the Small Business Size Standard is $8 million. The U.S. Forest Service in Anchorage, Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price Contract for a non-personal services contract to clear vegetative growth and brush located along approximately 12.92 miles of the Lower Russian Lake Trail (base item, and an additional 9 miles option item from Upper Russian Lake Cabin to Upper Russian Lake Trailhead) on the Seward Ranger District, Chugach National Forest, Alaska.
