Base Bid: The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with these Statement of Work/Specifications for replacing the R panel roofing on the North Headhouse in its entirety, replacing roofing on the breezeways connecting the four Greenhouses and the North Headhouse, and replace entire overhang roofing attached to the North Headhouse that protects agricultural equipment. All materials shall be provided by a single roofing manufacturer; manufacturer's written acceptance of compatible, alternate materials will be considered. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for the described project in strict conformity with safety, standards, laws, statutes, and ordinances for a federal facility. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and sow/specifications contained in this document.
