Renovation of a water / sewer project in Manteca, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as the WQCF Glycerin System Project in according to the contract documents, inclusive of the plans and specifications. The Work includes the construction and installation of the following: Chemical tanks, chemical pumps, chemical piping, electrical, instrumentation, SCADA Hardware and programming. Project shall have Substantial Completion of items within 60 calendar days and Final Completion within 90 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Time for commencement and completion of the work is important. Time is of the essence in completing contract work in the specified number of calendar days. Questions and answers until 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2022. The questions and answers posted at the web address above shall form part of the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City; and waive any irregularities in the bids.
