The Work generally includes the following: furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and services for the drilling and construction, development, and production testing of one gravel envelope municipal water supply well including drilling and logging of the borehole of to an anticipated depth of 450 feet, sanitary seal and conductor, 8 inch blank casing, 8 inch SS screen, 8 inch SS blank casing, gravel pack, sounding tube, well development and testing, and all related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Engineer will record only those parties who have obtained the Contract Documents through Quest CDN and are listed on the plan holders list. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner is an equal opportunity provider and employer. Bidders are to base their Bids on the Project funding being provided in whole or in part by the Owner and the State of Nevada Capital Improvements Grant Program.
