Scope of Project: o Chosen contractor shall supply all materials and labor necessary for painting the interior walls of the Perry Park Center. A site visit is required to bid on this project. o The Perry Park Center will not be closed during this project. o Advance notice is required for areas that will need to be closed off for painting. o This project will be done in phases, only Phase 1 will be completed at this time. o Phase 1 painting area is listed below. Phase 1 area that requires painting: o Perry Park Center main entry area both sides of hallway from top to bottom o Theatre hallway from top to bottom o Meeting room from top to bottom o All steel doors are to be painted o All door frames are to be painted o All cove base is to be removed o Center stairway circle area paint from top to bottom o Center stairwell paint handrails and beam all the way to bottom floor o Main hallway that houses the concession stand paint from top to bottom o North and east stairwells paint walls on both floors and top to bottom including handrails Phase 1 areas that do not require paint: o Do not paint library o Do not paint inside any restroom o Do not paint pool hallway o Do not paint any of the concession stand walls located just outside of concession stand o Do not paint the concession stand hallway ceiling just outside concession stand itself. o Do not paint the green steel beams located in main hallway center circle ceiling area.
