Renovation of a civil project in Holly Hill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Replacement of mechanical equipment and associated hardware in wetwell, installation of new submersible pumps, submersible mixer, new top slab and hatches, repair and lining of wetwell, and new electrical rack. Driveway, fence and other items as shown on the project plans and in the project manual. Any addenda to these bid documents will be posted on the VendorLink website. It is the bidder s responsibility to confirm that all addenda have been received prior to submitting a bid for this project. All questions should be directed in writing to bidsDAB@meadhunt.com. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Holly Hill, Florida, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. NO bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the City of Holly Hill, Florida. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Contract. All bidders are required to complete and submit the Public Entity Crime Sworn Statement , Form #PUR 7068, as designated by Florida Statutes, Section 287.133(3)(a), with their bids. The City of Holly Hill is not responsible for the U.S. mail or private carriers or messengers in regard to mail being delivered by the specified time so that a bid can be considered. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Holly Hill, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in bids reviewed, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City.
