The project will modernize the facility for use by campus Collegiate teams, academic classes, intramural activities, and personal fitness for the campus community. The Project will replace the flooring systems and lighting in the Gymnasium and Field House, replace the bleacher system in the Gymnasium, replace the existing building heating and ventilation equipment and upgrade select architectural and mechanical system components throughout the building. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials.
