Evans Avenue and Genetta Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 1,241 lineal feet of 8" sanitary sewer pipe, nine (9) manholes, reconnecting 20 associated service laterals, and restoration of pavement and site amenities. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than April 26, 2023. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. The project will be funded through a WPCLF loan. The successful bidder shall comply with all related requirements as detailed in the Bidding Documents. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). The City of Miamisburg, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and further, reserves the right to accept any bids or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio.
