The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the foundation construction, lightning protection measures, erection of pre-purchased tower, and completing cable installation from the installed antenna into the building communications system. The Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received or to award partial Bids to more than one Bidder. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 4% Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None. Contract term: 3 months Installation of a prepurchased communication mast, including foundation, antenna, cabling, and lightning protection system. A detailed description of the Project is included in the Additional Instructions Section 6.1of the IFB and any Addendum issued in connection the Project (the "Work").
