**This project has been awarded to Pease & Sons Inc. in the amount of $450,419. ** 20-00018 Project Number: 17076 Remove and replace roofing throughout, remove rotten wood structural members and replace along with removal and replacement of wood siding and substrates to reach structural members to be replaced. Remove and replace exterior wall pack light fixtures. The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Thun Field Storage Building located at 10411 John Bananola Way E., Puyallup, WA 98374. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid. Project Estimate: $633,000.00 Not Including Washington State Sales Tax. Clarification Deadline Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, August 10, 2022 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)]. All questions must be submitted within the Pierce County ProcureWare software, under the Clarifications Tab not later than 4:00 PM, Friday, August 05, 2022.
