Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and major renovations of the Venture Elizabeth high school. The scope of the project includes the repair of the exterior masonry as well as the foundation wall, renovation or replacement of floor coverings, ceilings, interior walls and partitions, renovation/replacement of doors, interior stairs finishing and windows, renovation of bathrooms, heating appliances and systems, upgrades to the plumbing, repair of electrical systems and equipment. The project also includes replacing the pavement of the school parking lot. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold and there are no plans for construction at this time. Further update early to mid-2026.
