Limited level 2 Alteration to renovate existing Register of Wills and Prothonotary spaces into new Courtroom #7 and associated Judge's Chambers. Courtroom #6 single restroom and conference room renovation. MEP to service renovated spaces. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to: 1. General, mechanical, fire suppression, plumbing and electrical construction of the Washington County Courthouse Renovations. All Work reasonably contemplated, required, implied or reasonably inferable by the Contract Documents, whether or not explicitly contained in the Contract Documents. Washington County Courthouse Courtrooms #6 and #7 Renovations Bid offer must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total amount bid and made payable to the order of the Washington County.
