Site work for a municipal facility in Grosse Ile, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Township of Grosse Ile is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the demolition and removal of the existing concrete slab and split rail fence at the entrance of the Grosse Ile Animal Shelter, followed by construction of a new paver patio, approximately 12 feet by 12 feet (144 square feet total), with a 6-inch gravel base under it. The patio will need an appropriate and durable retainer edging. The border of the new patio will then need topsoil brought up in a grade to meet the patio, with seed and straw installed. The site location is, 25799 Third Street, Grosse Ile, MI 48138. Interested parties may contact the Grosse Ile Animal Shelter ACO, Julie Cortis-Redfield at 734- 552-7436 for additional information regarding this request for bids or to schedule a time to review the project location. Bid shall include all permit fees, preconstruction costs, including insurance and bonds, exclusive of quoting costs, which are necessary direct costs to the project and are of a general nature. All costs necessary to accomplish the above for an installation ready to use by the Owner shall be included. Work must be substantially completed on or before August 25 th , 2022. Final Completion must be prior to August 31 st , 2022.
