The project would include curb, gutter, sidewalk, raised medians, drainage improvements, street lights, landscaping, and the ultimate traffic signals at the intersections of Cactus and Sarival, Cactus and Cotton, and Cactus and Greer Ranch Parkway. There are several outside stakeholders and agencies affected by the construction of this roadway including EPCOR water, MWD facility relocations, and major APS facility relocations. As of July 27, 2022, this project is included in the City of Surprise's FY 2023-2027 CIP. Information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
