The NHA will not be accepting in-person or post office/courier submissions from Vendors on any solicitation responses effective, March 16, 2020. This invitation is unrestricted; however, preference shall be given to Navajo Organization and Navajo Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48, 1000.50 and 1000.52.
