BACKGROUND: Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) is requesting qualifications from experienced firms providing engineering services in the following disciplines: Structural Engineering; Civil Engineering; and Water Resources Engineering The purpose of this request is to prepare a prequalified list of Professional Engineering Firms to perform engineering work of proposed and existing County properties and interests in properties on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. Please submit your qualifications for the services listed below that your firm can provide directly and include a list of the services listed below that your firm is able to provide via a subconsultant. Specific subcontractors may be added for work after specific Scopes of Work are posted and will be approved on a project-by-project basis. Proposers are not required to have the ability to provide all the services listed below, either directly or by subconsultant. Subconsultant qualifications should not be included with your submittal.
