A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Charlotte County is requesting proposals from highly qualified firms to provide professional Construction Manager at Risk services as part of a design and construction team, which includes various design and engineering consultants, stakeholders, and County staff for the internal build out of Fire Station 9 and the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office District 5 Headquarters.
