Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from a qualified General Contractor to furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment for the removal of the existing walk path and construct a new 4ft wide walk path totaling 1,320 linear feet at Sheraton Park The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. All questions regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be made in writing to: Adriel Brown via e-mail: ajbrown@miramarfl.gov. Questions are due by July 28, 2022 @ 5:00 pm
