The Rockland Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Roofing Replacement in Rockland, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architectural Solutions Inc. The Project consists of: Roofing Replacement (Phase 3) at Garden Terrace Elderly Development, Rockland, MA. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum Davis-Bacon minimum wage rates. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Rockland Housing Authority.
