Qualified proposers for a feasibility study for a new Recreation Department building to be located at Hartsuff Park, 146 Hingham Street, Rockland, MA 02370. The objective for the Architectural Design Team is to conduct a complete feasibility study of the proposed facility at this location. The Town desires to have the feasibility study completed by January 31, 2023. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals, and to award a contract in a manner that best serves the interests of the Town.
