Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and educational facility.
As of September 20, 2022, project was awarded to LSNS Consulting, LLC, awarded amount is $174,887.92. Easton Mobile Classroom Relocation/Repurpose This is not a public bid opening. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. The scope of work on this project involves relocating and refurbishing an existing mobile trailer/classroom unit at the Easton Elementary School site, to be repurposed into a Community Center space. There will be minimal site/civil work in preparing the new pad location and stairs/ramps and sidewalks; hauling the trailer across the site to its new location; some structural foundation work; limited plumbing and electrical work tying back into utilities at the new location; and some interior walls and finishing work.
