Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. The scope of work on this project involves relocating and refurbishing an existing mobile trailer/classroom unit at the Easton Elementary School site, to be repurposed into a Community Center space. There will be minimal site/civil work in preparing the new pad location and stairs/ramps and sidewalks; hauling the trailer across the site to its new location; some structural foundation work; limited plumbing and electrical work tying back into utilities at the new location; and some interior walls and finishing work. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted in writing to John Faron at jfaron@moseleyarchitects.com by 5:00PM, July 27, 2022.
