The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 125 linear feet of 6" underdrain pipe, including but not limited to construction of trench dams, gravel swale, inlet and outlet improvements and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $130,000 to $170,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified m Section 1-08.5. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alter-nates.
