Notice Content NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Johnson County, Tennessee is accepting applications from licensed contractors for residential rehabilitation/construction for their U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOME program, funded by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. The County will be correcting code violations for approximately 2 - 3 residences. All approved contractors have the option of bidding on each rehabilitation and individual contracts will be secured for each residence. Minimum requirements for licensed contractors to be accepted and added to the APPROVED BIDDERS LIST include the submission of a fully completed application, proof of a valid State of Tennessee Contractors License and verification of general liability and workmans compensation insurance. Other conditions apply and will be provided to all applicants.
