Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate. 50 Summer Street Elevator Upgrade. The work shall consist of the replacement of existing elevator equipment within an existing occupied residence building. The work shall the replacement of some existing non-fire rated doors and the provision of new architectural finishes, partitions, MEP systems and fire protection modifications. A new emergency generator and automatic transfer system (ATS) will be provided as part of this contract. Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
