The Work for the project, Stormwater - SE Secretariat Drive, includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Flood proofing of a residential structure including placement of new fill, modular block retaining wall, removal and modification of an existing deck, cast in place wall, extension of roof drains, the installation of a sump pump in the unfinished basement, and other incidentals.
