Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lees Summit, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Online Bidding: Available Supply and install approximately 90,000 lbs. of crack seal to streets or segments of streets as specified by the Owner, including all materials, labor, traffic control, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the work. The Site is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, as shown on the Drawings. An additional fee of $15 is required for Contractors who submit a bid for the Work. September 12- Public Works Committee September 18 - City Council October 17 - NTP on or before (60 day Substantial) The Work will be substantially complete within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 90 days after Substantial Completion.
