Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Chester Heights, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
replacement of a 48-inch diameter culvert at Valleybrook Road. All materials and workmanship shall meet the current PA Department of Transportation Specifications. This is a Prevailing Wage project. The Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Chester Heights Borough. Chester Heights Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within 10 consecutive calendar days
