A Bid may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of Bids, and each Bidder so agrees in submitting a Bid. Upon award of the construction contract to the successful bidder, construction shall commence on a date to be specified in the "Notice to Proceed" to the contractor and shall be completed on or before the completion date specified in the contract documents as time is of the essence in the performance of the contract for construction. B. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor will prosecute the work regularly, diligently, and uninterruptedly at such rate of progress as will ensure full completion thereof within the time specified on the Form of Proposal. C. The Owner reserves the right to waive any information noted as being required in the bid, or to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed favorable in the interests of the Owner. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
