Site work for a road / highway in Lloydminster, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

All necessary construction activities including: dewatering, existing walking trail and associated base course removal, topsoil removal and replacement, excavation to the design subgrade elevation, hauling and disposing of waste material, subgrade preparation, the supply and placement of the required materials, including but not limited to granular base course, Combigrid, or an approved equal, and hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement as well as all other items deemed related to or incidental to the construction of the 3.0m wide asphalt concrete pavement walking trail. The work area(s) are within Bud Miller All Season Park area and owned by the City of Lloydminster. The 3.0m wide asphalt concrete pavement walking trail will be constructed at multiple locations throughout the park due to varying levels of deterioration identified within the overall existing trail network. As such, the locations selected by the City are not necessarily adjoining. The successful Vendor will be required to provide all landscaping necessary to tie-in the proposed 3.0m wide asphalt concrete pavement walking trail to the adjacent topography. The Work will include the supply and placement of a 3.0m wide hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement walking trail and associated root barrier material and park bench/garbage enclosure concrete pads. The 3.00m wide hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement structure shall consist of the following: 75mm thickness Type S1 Hot-mix Asphalt Concrete Pavement. 200mm – 300mm thickness 20mm (3/4”) Granular Base Course compacted to 100% SPMDD. Combigrid or approved equal. Prepared clay sub-grade. Coupled with the rehabilitation of the walking trail will also be the redevelopment of various 300mm diameter culvert crossings and of the 600mm diameter culvert and outlet structure. The outlet of the BMASP lake will be furnished with a concrete stop log structure as well as rock rip-rap supply and placement. Documents can be obtained from https://lloydminster.bidsandtenders.ca/
