Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Supply an estimated price and timeline for the completion of a 60' X 85' pole type storage building with 18' sidewalls and covered material storage bays per attached drawings attached and incorporated as Exhibit 1, to be located on the Public Works property at 1160 Broad Street, St. Joseph. A pre-engineered steel building can be bid as an alternate. The floor of the storage building and material bays shall be 6" reinforced concrete on a base of 24" compacted DOT approved sand. A 20' X 20' X 6" reinforced concrete apron should be figured for overhead/service doors. This will be an uninsulated building but a membrane must be applied under the steel roof panels to control condensation. Successful bidder must follow all state and local laws and regulations, OSHA safety requirements, industry best practice standards and EPA regulations on this project. All bids must include cost of engineering, stamped drawings and permits. Construction may begin no sooner than July 1, 2023 Along with the manufacturer's warranties, the successful bidder will provide at least a one year workmanship warranty.
