Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lusk, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and theater / auditorium.
Niobrara County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. 1) Removal of all existing metal roofing and cricket valleys on the east and north section of the auditorium building, 2) Replacement of white 29-gauge steel roofing. 3) Removal and restructuring of the east and north parapets. 4) Removal of artificial arched windows on east and north sides ofthe NE comer of building. 5) Installation of white steel siding on any areas exposed by removal of parapets and arched windows.
