A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Design for Re-Roofing Wyoming Women s Center Programming Building in Lusk, Wyoming. Project Description: Design for Re-Roofing Wyoming Women s Center Programming Building due to leaks causing significant damage. Project considerations should include but not limited to, the design cost for bid process, construction administration cost, and construction cost estimates. Selection will be in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 9-23-101 through 9-23-105) and Federal Regulations. Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 through 33-29-602. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications.
