Magnitude of construction project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. (VA-22-00050503) The Intent of This Project is to Replace the Existing Condensate Storage Tank, Deaerator Tank, Condensate Transfer Pumps, Boiler Feedwater Pumps, and All Associated Piping, Fittings, and Valves at the Richmond, Va Vamc Campus. Each Piece of Equipment Will Be Demolished and Removed From the Space, as Well as the Connecting Piping and Electrical Feeds. The New Equipment Will Be Placed in a New Location and the Required Mechanical Piping Connections Will Be Extended From the Existing Location to the New Location. New Electrical Breakers and Starters Will Be Installed in The Existing Motor Control Center, and Motor Branch Circuits Will Be Provided to Each New Pump. A New Floor Drain Shall Be Installed at the Location of the New Equipment, and Shall Be Connected to the Existing Sanitary Sewer Piping Below the Slab.
