Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Detroit, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
ITB PURPOSE. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. This project is for construction of the new greenfield Halls Ridge communications site. Services will consist of site preparation, installation of shelter and tower foundations, transportation of shelters, installation of a new 12'x24' prefabricated equipment shelter and a mated new 12'x10' prefabricated generator shelter, installation of two propane tanks, installation of a tower, installation of all the necessary infrastructure above and below grade to connect the new buildings and electrical, installation of ice bridge, installation of an off grid power system (Solar and wind), installation of RF equipment on tower, and testing and commissioning. PROJECT START DATE: Five (5) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed and after a Pre-Construction Conference is complete. o SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: Fifty Five (55) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed
