This project is the removal and replacement of the existing windows throughout an existing building on the CDPS Camp George West campus. The project includes minor repairs (interior and exterior) resulting from the removal of the windows. Any required repairs shall meet the 2018 Edition of the International Codes. The intent is to provide a uniform appearance across all buildings on campus. Contractor shall: o Field Verify windows in building 45 & 83 and match or provide approved equal. o Field Verify existing opening dimensions as required within Building 45 & 83. o Field Verify existing mullion / muntin patterns and provide similar. Provide Aluminum Clad Wood Windows with the following (minimum) qualities: o Exterior Finish: Dark Bronze Anodized o Interior Finish: Wood Look (Final Color to be approved by DPS from manufacturer's full range) o Clear, Low-E, Double Pane Glazing (Unless indicated otherwise) All new windows shall meet (or exceed) the following International Energy Conservation Code requirements: o Fixed Windows: o U-0.38 o SHGC (S, E, W): 0.38 o SHGC (N): 0.51 o Operable Windows: o U-0.38 o SHGC (S, E, W): 0.38 o SHGC (N): 0.51 We ask that construction site is clean at the end of business daily and Removal of all demoed unused materials, removal of any & all trash and a final cleanup once work is completed & approved.
