For furnishing the products/services specified in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) This project will consist of the following systems; 1. Kitchen Hood System consisting of a. Kitchen Hood b. Kitchen Exhaust Fan c. Kitchen Hood Make-Up Unit d. General area exhaust for kitchen. e. All work required to provide a complete and working system as specified in the project drawings. 2. Replacing office area heating and air conditioning unit. Work to consist of a. New Indoor furnace unit b. New Outdoor Condensing unit c. Revised ductwork as described in drawings. d. All work required to provide a complete and working system as specified in the project drawings. 3. Provide new furnace for heating mens locker room consisting of a. New Indoor Furnace Unit b. All new ductwork system as described in the drawings. c. Gas piping for new furnace. 3/4 inch gas piping from new unit to existing gas piping in attic. d. All work required to provide a complete and working system as specified in the project drawings. 4. Provide new exhaust fan and water heater in employee restroom. a. New Exhaust Fan b.
