The project will replace existing waterlines throughout the Town's service area and consist of the following: The installation of approximately 5,238 linear feet (L.F.) of 8-inch water line, 4,648 L.F. of 6-inch water line, 360 L.F. of 1-inch water line, 1,910 L.F. of 3/4" water service line, eight (8) fire hydrants, eighty-one (81) water service reconnections, two (2) pressure reducing control valves and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids.
