For Painting, as needed, Family LLC's Provide labor, materials, equipment/tools and services necessary to provide interior painting services for Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) hi-rise LLC developments, on an as needed basis. This contract will be effective September 13, 2022 through September 12, 2023 with the option to extend for an additional four - one year terms upon mutual consent of both parties.
