Site work for a power facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
We are in year 2 (Fiscal Year 2023) out of an expected 7-year broadband network build-out. The scope of work consists of construction services to install new fiber optic cable. Most of this new cable will be installed aerially but will also support underground installations. Installation will be approximately 580,800 linear feet of which 80% is aerial and 20% underground. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, equipment, and incidentals, etc. as required to complete the work. Q & A deadline: Aug 12, 2022 4:00:00 PM EDT This work is to be bid only by KUB pre-qualified contractors in the following areas: 8.1 Fiber Optic System Outside Plant Construction, Unlimited. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not pre-qualified in the referenced categories prior to the bid opening.
