Work under this Agreement of Irrigation and Seasonal Water System Assessment is intended to provide services for a variety of small (i.e. troubleshooting an emergent issue, such as an inoperable spray park) and medium size (i.e. park level irrigation inspection and assessment) projects whose size, value and time constraints require the immediate response of Consultant resources. The work may include but not be limited to: locating and documenting the irrigation and seasonal water services, including the material found; testing and inspection of irrigation and seasonal water systems using methods such as leak detection, pressure and flow testing and general system operation checks; evaluation of system function, including any control systems that may be in place. The expected outcome from these field inspections will include a summary report providing discussions of findings and recommendations. The report should include a summary of the conditions found, drawings designating pipe and fixture locations complete with diameter and material, repair and replacement options and anticipated costs for each option. The report will be used to guide decisions, prioritize activities and to develop future scope of work. Work may also include concept design and design.
