Site work for a mixed-use development in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner (City of Mission) invites tenders for: Active transportation construction and retrofit for ~1.6km of 7th Avenue between Grand Street to the west and the entrance to the Fraser River Heritage Park to the east. Construction and retrofit to accommodate bi-directional bike lane and sidewalk along 7th Avenue. Curb and gutter reconstruction and new placement. Minor grading and excavation works to accommodate localized widening and utility works. Signage and pavement marking removal, relocation, and installation. Minor drainage installation and reconnection. Parking lot paving. Site furnishing supply and installation. Tree preservation including the supply and install of tree protection fencing. Supply and install of rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB's) and other electrical works throughout the corridor. Construction of floating concrete bus pads. Fire hydrant relocation. Full signalization of the 7th Avenue / Murray Street intersection (OPTIONAL). All other auxiliary equipment, structures, devices, and systems to complete the Work. All site works.
