If demo process reveals poor sub grade, material will need to be over--excavated and at least of Type II Base material will need to be Installed. Install weed barrier and place rip-rap cobbles 9" minus. Fog seal material shall be a water based sealer, GSBB8 or similar. Striping paint material to be approved by owner. Color to be white, Final project Invoice shall be based on quantities Installed on the project. Quantities to be Jointly verified by contractor and the owner. Quantities provided for bidding purposes are approximate. Any needed traffic control and signage shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Changes to the project shall be approved In wrttln1 by the owner prior to performing work. Unforeseen site conditions shall immediately be brought to the attention of the owner and a course of action shall be Jointly agreed upon between the owner and contractor.
