As of October 3rd, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. Request for Bid to furnish labor and materials to replace rooftop unit at the Jackson County Jail Any inquiries concerning Addendum 1 should be made to Myrna Yarbrough, Purchasing Manager, (706) 367-6309 or via email at myarbrough@jacksoncountygov.com Jackson County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the offer based upon the most responsive, responsible submission. Each bidder must deposit with his bid a Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount for 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.
