The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Bureau for Remediation and Redevelopment is seeking vendors who can provide excavation and removal of impacted soil/sediment from a wetland located on private properties adjacent to the Site further known as Penta Wood Products 8682 Daniels 70, Village of Siren, WI. 54872. to meet cleanup criteria; dewatering excavated soil/sediment prior to placing material within an expanded corrective action management unit (CAMU) on the Site property; collecting confirmation samples within the excavation; grading and covering the impacted material within the CAMU placement area with a clay cover, drainage sand, and topsoil followed by restoration. The vendor will also need to cover impacted surface debris in-place with clean borrow soil from the Site to mitigate risks associated with direct contact of the material; grading and placing topsoil followed by restoration.
