Site work for a water / sewer project in Kilgore, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the completion of Water Main Extension to Service 30 Lot Subdivision in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Engineer s office. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for five percent of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the OWNER will return the BONDS of all except the three lowest responsible BIDDERS. A performance BOND, a payment BOND, and a maintenance BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be completed in full within ninety (90) calendar days beginning on the date stated in the work order on which work is to be commenced. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in the General Conditions
